This page explains what data is collected through this website and how it is used.
Ester Díaz Muñoz (NIF 05710934B), Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain. Email: esterdiaz2313@gmail.com.
When you book a class through the calendar on this site, your name and email are collected only to create the event on my calendar, send you the booking confirmation, the video call link and a link to change or cancel the class. This data is not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.
To apply your rate and keep track of the classes you have paid for and taken, I keep a record linked to your email: your agreed price per class (if you have one), the payments you make through the PayPal links on this site (amount and number of classes), and the classes booked in my calendar. Payments are processed by PayPal; this site never sees your card or bank details. You can ask me to see or delete this record at any time.
This site sends you emails from my Gmail account only about your classes: booking confirmations, changes or cancellations, payment receipts and your class balance.
If you leave a review, your name, country (if provided) and the review text are stored so I can review it before it's published on the site. Only reviews I approve are shown publicly.
If you write through the contact form, your name, email and message are stored and forwarded to me by email so I can reply to you.
To know how many people visit the site and where the booking process can be improved, the site counts anonymous steps (for example "opened the calendar" or "booked a class"), the type of device and the website you came from. It uses a random number that is deleted when you close the tab. No cookies are used, and no name, email or IP address is stored with these statistics.
The level test works in your browser and nothing is saved unless you choose "Send my result to Ester". Then your name, email, level and answers are sent to me like a contact form message, so I can prepare your first class.
If you write the email of the friend who recommended you when booking, I store both emails and the date, only to give each of you the free class once you've paid your first class. Your friend gets an email telling them you joined thanks to them.
The chat assistant on this site is powered by Google Gemini. The messages you write in the chat are sent to Google to generate the answers, and Google may use them to improve its services. The conversation is not saved on this site: it stays only in your browser tab until you close it. Please don't share personal or sensitive information in the chat; to book or to write to me, use the calendar or the contact form.
This site connects to my Google Calendar to show my free times in real time and to create the events for booked classes. Access is limited to my own calendar.
This site does not use advertising, analytics or third-party cookies. It only uses your browser's own storage for things the site needs: the random number for the anonymous visit statistics described above (deleted when you close the tab), the currency you choose for prices, and, after you book, your name and email so you don't have to type them again next time. This stays on your device only, and you can clear it from your browser settings at any time.
Payments open PayPal's own pages, which have their own cookie policy.
If you have any questions about your data, you can write to esterdiaz2313@gmail.com.
